How it works
Get your team out of their chairs and into their home spaces in this competitive part-scavenger hunt, part show-and-tell. Sharing parts of each other’s personal environments is an excellent way for your team to get to know each other, increase group connection, and build interpersonal trust and psychological safety. In the Virtual Scavenger Hunt, your encouraging facilitator will build an inclusive and fun environment and send teams on breakout room challenges including wacky song and dance performances, hilarious team portraits and dramatic readings of silly lists. An inclusive mix of challenges will ensure that all participants, regardless of demographic, will have a wonderful and laugh-filled time. Teams will leave the Virtual Scavenger Hunt with greater rapport, increased morale and stronger cohesion.

About the facilitator:
Don Colliver, owner of Colliver Communications, is a facilitator and communication consultant with over 20 years of experience consulting for companies including Google, Cisco, Adobe, IBM, Novo Nordisk, General Motors, Nike and Starbucks. Don creates and leads top-rated live and virtual communication and team building workshops and classes. He has performed with the Blue Man Group, Cirque du Soleil and Second City and was the winner of the Toastmasters International Los Angeles Speech Championship. Don graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS from Boston University and holds certifications in Design Thinking, Applied Improvisation and Instructional Design.
